Recommended Uses:

Suggested Uses:
Chest Colds: Apply to chest, throat and back. Cover with a warm cloth. Provides deep-heating comfort.
Head Colds, Sinus Congestion: Apply around nose, and behind ears to open clogged sinus passages. Use also in vaporizer (1 Tbsp.) for breathing relief.
Coughs and Sore Throat: Apply on throat. Rub on souls of feet for coughs.
